Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention of Ambassadors.

Responsible for the identification, development, and operational readiness of the Association’s principal office or headquarters.

Communications CommitteeManages all SEC-PGHCA communications, updates, and outreach to keep members informed.

Responsible for planning and execution of Association-approved events and activities.

Senior & Disabled Residents Readiness CommitteeResponsible for identification and support coordination for senior and disabled residents.

Bereavement & Benevolence Committee
Responsible for compassionate support and benevolence efforts for individuals and families.

Conflict Resolution Committee
Responsible for individual, and group conflict de-escalation and referral support. This Committee shall not provide legal advice.

Community Gardens & Orchards CommitteeResponsible for gardening, cultivation, and environmental education initiatives.

Architectural & Aesthetics Committee
Responsible for neighborhood appearance, structural preservation, and built-environment initiatives. This Committee shall serve as lead for housing-business related improvement programs unless otherwise directed.

Responsible for sustainability, stabilization, neighborhood history documentation and recognition, oral written and video documentation, Ready, Restoration, and Resiliency, community history tours, and environmental stewardship initiatives.
